Welcome to Jen Rubin Designs!
I’m Jen Rubin, the artist and founder behind Jen Rubin Designs, where art meets nature through thoughtful, carefully crafted designs. With a background in software design and coding, my journey into the world of patterns began with algorithms and evolved into a love for organic, natural forms. My time in tech taught me to see the world through a unique lens, noticing the intricate patterns and structures that shape both the digital and natural worlds.
A Passion for Patterns and Nature
Transitioning from software to surface design felt like a natural step. As I shifted my focus from code to creativity, I began at the beginning. I took, and continue to take, as many classes as possible to help me learn different artistic mediums, pattern design, and subjects in nature. Inspired by flowers, foliage, and vintage aesthetics, I now create collections that bring these themes to life, adding a touch of natural beauty to homes and everyday spaces. I am a forever student and will constantly be trying to better myself and my art.

I believe in living and creating with intention, and that extends beyond my designs. Recently, I made the decision to step away from social media as a way to be present and a positive role model for my children. This break allows me to focus on what matters most—both in my personal life and in my creative process. I hope this choice resonates with others who seek balance and authenticity in a fast-paced, digital world.
